In This Stage the Nuts are Cracked to Obtain the Kernel, Which is Then Separated from the Shell of the Nut

• Our kernel separation systems are designed to insure minimal kernel breakage and efficient separation to obtain a pure kernel.
• Our system uses ripple mills to crack the nut, and a combination of pneumatic columns and gravity separators to separate the kernels from the shell nut.
