    Evolución de la extracción de aceite de palma

    • Amplio rango de capacidad: 5T a 120T FFB/Hr
    • Prensas de aceite de palma de hasta 25MT/Hr
    • Esterilizadores verticales con sistema de descarga continuo
    • Uso de separadores gravimétricos en la sección de recuperación de almendras
    • Clarificación estática y continua
    • Procesamiento de racimos vacíos de fruta (EFB) y sistemas de compostaje continuo

    Potencial Energético de su Biomasa

    • Preparación, dimensionamiento y secado de la Biomasa, lo que permite una amplia selección de combustible.
    • Calderas industriales con rangos de 5 a 100MT de vapor / hora, con presiones de hasta 50 barg y temperatura de hasta 400 grados C
    • Selección de turbinas de una o varias etapas, contrapresión, condensación y de alta eficiencia
    • Recuperación de biogás a partir de efluentes de aceite de palma y conversión a energía.
